These settings are for size 42 rhinestones. These settings are called Tiffany Settings, and size 42 must be hand set. it's not hard to do...
Just push the setting through the fabric in the desired spot (so that the prongs are coming through the front).
Drop the size 42 rhinestone in the circle of prongs.
Bend all 5 prongs forward with a screwdriver or wooden dowel.
