How long does it take to process my orders?

Orders received before 3PM are shipped the same day as long as we have your item in stock. When you submit an order, we are instantly notified, and begin working on packing it moments later. You will get a notification email, once we recieve the information, and a completed notice email once we send it.

I live outside the USA. Will you ship to me?

Yes, if you live in Canada, Australia, Japan or UK.

How do I check the status of my order?

This feature is only available to customers who signed up for an account with us at the checkout. Its is an optional feature. Even if you didn't sign up for an account, you will still get notification emails when we recieve your order and when it is sent out. In the top right corner of every page you'll find a "Log In" link. Once you've signed in using your email address and chosen password, a new link will appear: "Check on your orders".

What are your normal business hours?

9:00 AM till 6:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday With extended holiday hours in December.

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

What does KitKraft do with my personal information!?

Nothing! We DO NOT sell, rent, give out, share or show your personal information to anyone! It is important to provide us with an accurate email adress when you check out because that is how we tell you when your order is sent, if something is out of stock, or if there is a change or delay on the order. We DO NOT send you junk mail. We have no interest in sending you anything but the information you need regarding your order. Please refer to our privacy policy
