These pre-sets have 4 prongs, and a half-dome pearl attached to the top. The pearl is secured on top by a circular rim bezel, and the legs (prongs) are ready to be folded over on the backside of the fabric. (Its basicly a rim setting + a plastic pearl, pre-assembled, ready to set.)

Size 16 is about 4mm diameter. You do not need a setter to put these on your clothes... you can do it the old fashioned way by using a a stick and your fingers to fold the prongs down one at a time. The prongs are long enough for t-shirt fabric. You can also use these on paper and other thin materials.
