These old rhinestones are solid glass and silver backed. They are 1/2" in diameter, and raise up 1/4" tall. These glass rhinestones have a matrix of facets, and really are quite lovely. They have a lot of characeter to them, and they are not perfect. They have a vintage-antique look to them.
Kitkraft has been selling rhinestones since the 1950's, and these have been here as long as i can remember.

These are too big to fit into any traditional size rhinestone settings. HOWEVER, you can set these securely, and easily with our 1/2" silver flat studs. Just push the stud up (from the backside of the fabric), place the rhinestone between the prongs, and fold them up against the side of the stone. it's easy.
