These little metal beads are useful in lots of projects. The soft, yet durable metal will close or "crimp" down when you apply enough pressure with some pliers. The tiny ridges on the outside keep your pliers from slipping off of the bead, inside is smooth so that the bead wont cut or weaken your cord.
Crimp beads are necessary when using elastomar, elastic plastic, tiger tail, and steel line. Some cording isnt easy to tie, and some cording just wont tie at all, thats when crimp beads come to save the day. Gold color, 2.5mm size.
