This is a translucent sticky wax to hold glass or acrylic eyes in position while being permanently placed into a porcelain head.

Take a pinch of wax and apply inside head (put wax in eye socket all over). Next, center and firmly press the eye into socket, making sure that all gaps between eye and socket are filled by the wax (this seals the eyes in and prevents accidental leakage of plaster or putty onto doll face).
Finally, after eyes are wax-mounted, and the permanent plaster or acrylic putty adhesives have set and dried, take a soft clean cloth or cotton swab and gently remove excess wax from eye surfaces. Use a toothpick to clean corners.
