Since there are no settings available for size 40 rhinestones, you can make your own!
Just take a flat size 40 stud, and use it like a tiffany setting. It works great and looks exactly the same from the front.
Make reversible garments by using a stud as a setting. (one side with be a rhinestone, the other side will be a stud!) pretty cool.
