This is a roller for applying thine, even coating of printing ink or paint to a block or woodcut. it's really easy to use, (just squirt some paint onto a smooth flat surface, and roll the brayer over it until it has a thin, even coat of color on it, then rol it over your woodcut, speedycut, linolium block, etc. The soft roller is ideal for most printing blocks.
